We build and deploy the production AI system. Founder-led, hands-on, integrated with your team.
How We Work
Do you work on retainer?
We prefer project-based engagements with clear scope and deliverables. For ongoing work, we offer monthly advisory arrangements after an initial engagement.
Who does the work?
The founders. We're a small, senior team by design. You work directly with us — not a junior team learning on your budget.
What if AI isn't the right solution?
We'll tell you. Our strategy engagements are honest assessments — if a simpler solution works better, that's what we'll recommend.
Can we start with a smaller engagement?
Yes. A strategy engagement is the right starting point. It gives both of us clarity before committing to a larger build.
