Why TogaSoftware Exists

Between us, we've spent decades building software — from scaling a SaaS platform serving thousands of manufacturers to leading engineering teams at Google working on AI, identity, and infrastructure at massive scale.

We kept seeing the same pattern: businesses excited about AI, getting sold generic solutions by agencies that don't understand their operations, ending up with demos that never make it to production.
